TRILUME Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your TRILUME pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
